[OoT] Elaboration of the 4 Player Edition; Cheats, text, and cheats

I feel like it's time I could add and fix parts of the Four Player Edition (Flotonic's hack, it's very great) for Ocarina of Time. So far I thought of...

- changing the text to be more suitable to the 4 player situation
- giving all Links a better shield button (one that is much easier controlling to beat Twinrova, huge problem there)
- maybe adding a cheat, allowing the Main Link to lock on to objects, enemies, etc. (also allowing other Links to lock on to what the 1st Player Link is locking on to, or to the arrow next to another object, enemy, etc.)
- a first person camera when using first person weapons (probably most important)
- a cheat that disables the Links that are not in session (at least keeping P1 and P2 to keep the game rolling)
- C-Up to go through things instead of Z (adding C-Up+L to go up, C-Up+R to go down)

I could think of more but my head says otherwise. If you could think of some more, please post them so I could take a look at your ideas. Many thanks! :)

Ok, so I have tried using the Scroll of Time to edit the text for it, but every time I started up the game, the game always ends up a black screen.

I don't know what the problem is- I extracted the text from the four player version, editted it, and injected it into a copy of the ROM. Help me! :(

As some of you may know, I have left the rom editing scene, never to return. I will be attending UNL. I will also be getting a job, so I will not have the time to run a community and make all of these projects.

I'm leaving you all in good hands. Sylux102, one of the best Maco staff members, will be carrying on in my stead. His forums are on Zelda64.net. Register there, since this website is archive only.

As for OoT 2D and Izou, I will be leaving those in the hands of GodsTurf's team, Lunar World. If you are fans of these projects, subscribe to them.
