In the "Ura" files, an OBJ file can be found for the head of the young "Hero of Light." No data is present that suggests that this was ever loaded in-game, so I decided to touch up a few things in the geometry and load it in OoT along with MM Link's body. Aquarhane converted the OBJ file to F3DZEX for me.

The result is very much like the screenshot that Zeth took of the 3D model loaded in Second Life:

Do not ask what is up with the ears. They were like that in the OBJ file for some reason. :P

Download the debug rom patch here:

Awesome work :D! I really wonder why you would play as that guy in the Ura expansion, I mean it's just Link with green hair and a baseball cap.

Thanks!

One of the old team members told me that it was an import into Second Life. The messed up collar texture also easily reveals that this 3D model was used: http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=5908022a1e5b8ec3adf5ea2911b3df77&ct=mdrm :P

He was supposed to look like the BS Zelda character, I think.

Yes, i believe that the URA expansion was supposed to be a sort of "bs Zelda oot"

Seeing how this post went out of "viewer eye's" I just wanted to say this patch is very good! Though it could do with some eye animations.
NOT a Zelda rom hacker anymore. Gone back to Minecraft and Mario World Rom Hacking.

As some of you may know, I have left the rom editing scene, never to return. I will be attending UNL. I will also be getting a job, so I will not have the time to run a community and make all of these projects.

I'm leaving you all in good hands. Sylux102, one of the best Maco staff members, will be carrying on in my stead. His forums are on Zelda64.net. Register there, since this website is archive only.

As for OoT 2D and Izou, I will be leaving those in the hands of GodsTurf's team, Lunar World. If you are fans of these projects, subscribe to them.
